福如东海寿如山。

此故事出于《新唐书·褚亮传》。唐太宗李世民为招贤纳士，网罗人才，设立“文学馆”，让杜如晦等十八人分为三班，每日有一班六人值宿，与众人讨论诗文典籍，号“十八学士”，中佳者谓之“登瀛州”。“瀛州”是传说中的仙山，登临者可以成仙，长生不老。
