伊尹耕莘乐道 伊尹自幼聪明颖慧，勤学上进，虽耕于有莘国之野，但却乐尧舜之道；既掌握了烹调技术，又深懂治国之道；既作奴隶主贵族的厨师，又作贵族子弟的“师仆”。由于他研究三皇五帝和大禹王等英明君王的施政之道而远近闻名，以致于使求贤若渴的商汤王三番五次以玉、帛、马、皮为礼前往有莘国去聘请他。
在今嵩县空桑涧西南，有个平兀如几的小山，就是世传商汤聘请伊尹的三聘台，而在城南沙沟龙头村的“元圣祠”右厢房则专修有三聘台以供后人凭吊。由于有莘王并不答应商汤聘任伊尹，商汤只好娶有莘王的女儿为妃。于是，伊挚便以陪嫁奴隶的身份来到汤王身边。
大舜耕历山 帝舜有虞氏，瞽瞍之子。父顽母严，弟象傲。舜事亲尽孝，小杖则受，大杖则走，恐陷亲不义也。其耕于历山，有象为之耕，有鸟为之耘。后受帝尧禅位。
