Pima (披麻)

Function

Pima (披麻) is considered an inauspicious star. When it appears in a year, it often signifies funerals, injuries, and difficulties in accumulating wealth. Individuals with Pima (披麻) in their destiny chart frequently encounter misfortunes in family fortune and interpersonal relationships, making them prone to accidents and health issues. The ancients believed that during a year marked by Pima (披麻), it is advisable to avoid attending funerals or visiting the sick to prevent attracting greater calamities. Overall, Pima (披麻) indicates numerous obstacles and misfortunes in life, leading to the depletion of energy and wealth. If the Pima (披麻) star appears in the natal chart, especially overlapping with the Pitou (披头) star, it foretells frequent funerals, severe family upheavals, and even the possibility of family separation.

When Pima (披麻) and Pitou (披头) repeatedly appear, it surely foretells mourning for both parents within the year."
